After a solid non-yeshivah Hebrew education for nearly a decade

from early childhood, past Bar-Mitzvah to mid-teens, Navon also:

 

• Lived on kibbutz in Israel for a few years

• Studied Hebrew intensively on a Kibbutz Ulpan in the late 70s;

• Took an Advanced Hebrew course in Israel

• Learned constantly from long regular attendance
  and active participation in progressive communities
